We understand how complicated these surveys to support planning applications can be. If you have booked with us, please take a moment to watch the videos above under the correct heading.

I believe this will help you understand what happens next - AND - arguably more importantly, the videos also let you know what information we need from you.

Our SLA (service level agreement) is that you will have your reports within ten days of the site visit, unless you have paid for our accelerated services, in which case you will get them within the agreed time frame.

Please do remember though, when we allocate time to write up your report, this is a consultancy arrangement and we will sometimes require further information or to speak to you before finalising reports. We are good, but we are not magicians.
