I'm the Company owner based in our Inverness office.
However, it's not about me, it's about our customers.
I view ROAVR as a customer services company.

Recruitment Process
Unlike many, ROAVR operates a three stage recruitment process. There are three fail points in the process and each part must be completed for us to offer you a role and kick start your career. This process is a challenge and it has been designed that way on purpose to ensure employees are a good fit. Don't be put off, we know that often your technical competency is not where it needs to be for you to be commercially viable - BUT your attention to detail, personality and drive to be the best you can be is what we are looking for. Get selected for ROAVR and we won't drive you into the ground like other consultancies do (particularly with graduates), we will support you fully in your journey to becoming a competent and professional operator but we do expect hardwork and dedication as a foundation pillar.
ROAVR Bronze - Stage 1
ROAVR GOLD - Stage 2
ROAVR platinum - Stage 3
Sound onerous? It's not really and we are here to guide you through the stages. If at any point it seems we won't be a good fit together we will be honest and tell you.
The process has been designed to find individuals that will be a good fit within the ROAVR team, your personality, drive and outlook is far more important than your technical capability. Even for the most senior roles we believe that what you say is far more important than what's written in your CV.
We don't expect you to work for us forever, we want to hear what your ambitions are. Maybe you want to join the Navy, climb a mountain, run your own PR company or start a competing consultancy. That doesn't matter, what matters is you give fully to ROAVR whilst with us and we will give back. Home based consultants run their own day, got morning commitments? No problem, make the time up later in the day. Trust is everything.

Field Ecologists
We are looking for seasonal field ecologists for the 2023 season. This role would suit students looking to earn extra money through the summer of 2023 whilst gaining valuable experience.
Senior Ecologist
We are looking for a London or SE based senior ecologist to lead our SE team. For full details on this role email jobs@roavr-group.co.uk Salary 35-45k per annum.
Seasonal Bat Workers & survey assistants
We are looking for seasonal staff to assist with dawn and dusk bat surveys for the 2023 season. As a tech based company, some experience of camera systems would be helpful. The roles are area based and you can take as many or as few surveys as you feel comfortable with.
